I am looking to recruit a multiskilled engineer to carry out
diagnostics, repair or replace malfunctioning electrical, pneumatic,
mechanical, hydraulic components of equipment and carry out planned
preventative maintenance in accordance with the preventative
maintenance plan thus ensuring the plant is maintained to the highest
standard.
Carry out diagnostics and ensure the replacement of pneumatic,
mechanical, hydraulic components of equipment and machines which are
faulty.
Organise safe maintenance principles for regulating and scheduling
breakdowns.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance in accordance with the
preventative maintenance plan thus ensuring the plant is maintained to
the highest standard.
Be proactive by routinely inspecting equipment, cabling panels, to
ensure they are up to standard.
Perform effective troubleshooting and corrective actions to identify
hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units.
_ABILITY TO_ prioritise reactive tasks in order of urgency and impact
to business.
Proactive in familiarising themselves with new machinery/equipment.
Completion and adherence to current and future engineering systems.
Ensure that electrical activity in the production areas conforms to
quality standards and promotes excellent product and process quality.
Ensure that electrical activity in the production areas conforms to
GMP standards and promotes a safe and healthy work environment through
the continuous improvement of safety standards.
Flexible working hours to cover the engineering, production, and
project requirements.
Continental Shift pattern

Experience in the Food Operations sector. (desirable).
